Scott Yaple
Executive Administrative Assistant
I graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management. Prior to that, I received an Associate’s Degree in Physical Education from Niagara County Community College. Since my graduation, I have worked at the National Baseball Hall of Fame as well as in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, operations manager, fitness director, and assistant general manager. As a former high school and collegiate athlete myself, I understand and appreciate the tremendous impact that athletics can have on a student. I am eager to help provide positive opportunities and support for all our student athletes.

My name is Dave Archer, and I graduated from Union-Endicott High School and Cornell University. Using athletics as a vehicle to promote student athlete success in the game of life is a passion of mine. In my career I have served as a classroom teacher, a Division III assistant coach, and a Division I Head Coach. Currently I run my own recruiting and admissions consulting business. I am excited to join a passionate team of educators and contribute to the experience, wellbeing and success of Ithaca’s scholar athletes.
Jake Hewitt
Athletic Trainer
My name is Jake Hewitt, and you will see me around as I will be helping cover athletics as an Athletic Trainer. I'm originally from Vermont, where I like skiing, hiking, and doing anything outdoors. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a minor in Psychology from Springfield College. My passion for merging these fields has led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology at Ithaca College. Last year, I gained valuable experience as an Athletic Trainer at Ithaca College, working with several teams, including men’s basketball and rowing.
Strength and Conditioning Staff
Mario Rosetti
Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
I started my college journey off at TC3 then finished up at the University of Tampa in 2015. I have been a part of the fitness industry professionally as a strength coach and personal trainer for over 10 years. Prior to going to college, I was fascinated at how healthy I felt from consistently exercising and fueling my body with proper nutrition, as I was hugely involved as a multi-sport athlete. Over the last 11 years, that obsession has turned into a passion of helping athletes unlock their full potential. I am extremely thrilled to continue working with athletes as well as being a part of the ICSD family.
