November 1-22 is the open enrollment period for eligible ICSD employees. Detailed guidance will be emailed on Friday, November 1 from Assured Partners/ENV Insurance Agency (noreply@employeenavigator.com). • Medical Insurance: Any eligible employee who would like to add or make changes to their Excellus health/medical plan may do so during the open enrollment period (November 1-22) without needing a qualifying event. All changes will take effect on January 1, 2025. If you are NOT making changes to your current medical insurance plan, you do NOT need to take any action. Your current coverage will continue automatically.
  
  

• Dental/Vision Insurance: This is NOT an open enrollment year for Ameritas dental and vision plans. The next open enrollment period for these plans will be November 2025.
  
  

• FCA/DCA Accounts: Each year, employees can enroll or re-enroll in flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and/or dependent care (daycare) accounts (DCAs) during the open enrollment period using the ENV portal. All employees who already participate in these plans MUST re-enroll every year. Unlike insurance plans, they do NOT automatically roll over.
