The Ithaca City School District Early Childhood Program is requesting proposals from community-based organizations to accommodate a Universal Pre-Kindergarten program for district students for the 2025-2026 school year. The Ithaca City School District is seeking qualified firms or consultants to conduct a comprehensive demographic study and provide recommendations for optimizing the use of district facilities, including schools and other properties, and infrastructure. The selected provider will help the district understand future enrollment trends, evaluate the implications of these trends on building usage, and assess opportunities to restructure assets and consolidate schools while maintaining excellent programming and high academic achievement.
