Requests to conduct a research study or to distribute surveys in the Ithaca City School District are to be submitted to Lynn Klankowski, Evaluation Officer.

The application form available below must be submitted with all proposals. Applications will be reviewed by the Research Review Committee in accordance with the School Board policy.
