Project Overview
As part of Phase 2 of the capital project, DeWitt is receiving main entrance upgrades to improve security and create a welcome area. The auditorium is also being renovated to improve performance, educational use, and the audience experience. The new performance area will be "zoned" for after-hours security. Some of the school's bathrooms and are also being upgraded, and some site work* is being done.
June 2024 Update from Campus Construction
Two toilet rooms have had the heating equipment (Change Order) installed. Controls remain to be completed.
A/V theatrical equipment has been completed with owner training conducted.
Scene drum and batton hoist controls to be completed during summer break.
Roof edge metal flashing completed.
