In Phase 3a.2 of the 2019 Capital Project, the windows at Beverly J. Elementary are being replaced, and the school is receiving a new electronic sign. In Phase 3b.1, Beverly J. Martin's exterior facade is being renovated.

Window Replacements
Window replacements are complete.
SCIR has been completed by Tt and addressed by the Contractor.
Final inspection is needed from Tt.
Facade Restoration
New window shades are now installed in all new windows with the exception of the high windows in the library which will be done over a recess.
Remaining eight (8) pieces of precast concrete for work around first floor have been delivered and is pending acceptable weather for installation.
