IHS Alumni Transcripts

To request an official or unofficial Ithaca High School transcript (former IHS students only), please complete our online request form. Please allow a minimum of three to five business days to process your request. Contact icsd-transcripts@icsd.k12.ny.us if you have any questions.

All Other Transcript Requests

Please note that the above instructions are for former Ithaca High School students only.

  • Current IHS students can request a transcript from the IHS Student Services Office throughout the year. Stop by the Student Services Office to request in person, contact your School Counselor, or call (607) 274-2157. Click here for additional information.

  • All other current and former ICSD students—including those who attend/attended LACS or TST BOCES and homeschoolers—should contact their school or the ICSD Registrar (icsdregistrar@icsd.k12.ny.us) to request a transcript.

Education/Graduation Verification Requests

Email the Educational/Graduation Verification form and signed electronic release to icsd-transcripts@icsd.k12.ny.us. Requests are processed within one to two business days, depending on when the request is received

Class List

To request a class list, please contact the IHS College and Careers Office at (607) 274-2218.

Donations

If you would like to support IHS financially, please contact the ICSD Business Office at (607) 274-2121.

You may also make a specific donation to groups that support our students, such as the Ithaca Public Education Initiative (IPEI), the Fine Arts Booster Group (FABG), or the Ithaca Sports Boosters.
