To request an official or unofficial Ithaca High School transcript, please complete our online request form. Please allow a minimum of three to five business days to process your request. Contact icsd-transcripts@icsd.k12.ny.us if you have any questions.

Email the Educational/Graduation Verification form and signed electronic release to icsd-transcripts@icsd.k12.ny.us. Requests are processed within one to two business days, depending on when the request is received
